NBEUK doesn’t offer bank accounts in Egyptian Pounds. The only way to open an EGP account would be to open an Egypt based bank account with NBE in Egypt. If you need to reach out to Egypt for assistance, please contact NBE customer support in Egypt: contact.center@nbe.com.eg
Kindly print the customer information update form, after filling the data and signing it (signature on every page) using the bank’s verified signature and provide with it a certified copy of the valid National ID or Passport signed with the same signature and send them to the following address:
